If you are going to be unable to make your scheduled appointment, you must give 24 hours notice, by phone or SMS: 0427 591 843
Cancellations made within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged at 85% of the appointment fee.
Two cancellations within a two month period (that incur no fee) and you will be required to prepay any subsequent appointments.

We can provide acupuncture treatments as part of WorkCover. If you wish to claim with WorkCover, it must be arranged prior to services being provided. If you are unsure please contact Kaitlyn on 0427 591 843
For the protection of all, contagious illnesses are not treated in the clinic.
If you have influenza, chickenpox, measles etc, please ensure you see a GP. Do not go to work. Herbal medicine can be helpful in these instances and we can arrange to send these to you once a skype consultation has been arranged. If you are unsure please contact us before you come in.
If you are a patient of the clinic and need a certificate for work we can provide you with one, (there is no need to purchase one from the pharmacy) given we have done a phone or skype (short consult) on the day of illness. We can not provide you with a certificate if you are a new patient.
