Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, incur 80% of the consultation fee which is payable on either your next consultation or by invoice. These fees are required because on short notice we are not always able to fill the session time that you have cancelled.
If we are able to fill your session time you will not be charged the fee.
Initial consultations made online or over the phone will require a holding deposit of 50% of the consultation fee. Once you have made an online booking you will be contacted for a credit card number to secure your place. If we are unable to contact you before your appointment time we will cancel the appointment. Follow up appointments do not require a holding deposit.
